Best Boot for Chicago - I have lived here for ten years and never had a perfect winter boot until NOW! I love this boot. I walked for a mile in -10 degree weather and my toes were warm. My thighs were frozen, my feet were warm. I can walk through slush and stay dry. They are comfortable. I preferred the tall (I also purchased the mid-calf) because of the puddles but I passed the mid-calf on to a friend and she loves them. I hope they last for years to come and I am now a loyal Bogs customer. I am an 8 to 8.5 and since they don't come in 1/2 sizes I bought both the 8 and 9 - the 9 was better.
